Judge Rosa Mroz

Few of you may remember, but, we will never forget Judge Rosa Mroz. Struck by a vehicle and killed at Camelback Road and 56th Street. An an untimely death and profound loss to her family. All of that pain needlessly inflicted on her family by the lack of foresight in the City of Phoenix, not putting a sidewalk on a highly trafficked street where pedestrians are exposed to all the risks associated with walking in traffic and all of it avoidable with leadership from the city which would have avoided this unfortunate tragedy.

So, we are calling on the leaders in the Scottsdale City Council and Mayor Borowsky to “DO THE RIGHT THING”, build the sidewalk on 68th Street. Prevent a tragedy whose time will certainly come if you do not act. Show your leadership for our community and all who visit our gilded city. Show us that you care for all of our citizens.

We look forward to a time when we can link arms with our council and proudly march up 68th Street to celebrate your leadership and the foresight of your governance. Generations will thank you and be grateful to you. All of us will be able to walk safely on 68th Street
